Specially designed for poultry sampling, sealed at the top to maintain sterility, and has a perforation for easy opening. This size will hold small turkeys, chickens, and other similar size birds. After placing the bird in the bag with the proper amount of diluent, twist the bag shut and fold the bag around the bird; then with two hands rotate the bird approximately 30 times. When this is completed, remove some of the diluent and test it for E. coli.
