Prepared using FSIS/USDA Pathogen Reduction/HACCP Regulations. The test procedure incorporates the use of a non-destructive whole bird rinse sampling technique for microbiological sample collection from broiler carcasses. Single specimen kits contain a bottle of sterile diluent (400mL) which also serves as a specimen transport container, a pair of sterile latex gloves, a sterile stomacher bag and a product insert containing simple instructions and basic precautions.
