Hardy Diagnostics contact plates are recommended for use in the cultivation of microorganisms from environmental surfaces.
Blood Agar products are recommended for use as general purpose growth media for the isolation, cultivation, and differentiation of a wide variety of microorganisms.
3 Easy Steps:
1. Remove lid.
2. Gently press plate to surface without twisting or sliding.
3. Twist clockwise until frosted bands line up to lock lid into place.
Our Contact Plate features:
- Friction lid
The friction lid design keeps lids in place before sampling.
- Lok-Tight™ Locking Lid
An optional locking feature means lids stay secured post sampling and during transport to your lab.
- Molded Grid
Each plate has a grid molded into the bottom of the plate to aid in the counting of microorganisms.
