0.85% Saline is recommended for the detection of microorganisms found on surfaces. Osmotically neutral transport solution. Contains no neutralizing agents or growth factors, therefor is recommended for
enumeration methods.

Collect and transport environmental samples with efficiency and ease. Simply remove the cap and attached Dacron® swab, collect the sample, recap, and send to the lab. Each EnviroTrans™ tube contains broth or buffer (see listing). The entire unit is terminally sterilized. Excellent for detection or enumeration of microorganisms from environmental surfaces or equipment.
